Infor M3 Technical Consultant Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients in Munich and surrounding areas to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise for Infor LN M3 ERP implementations.

  • Design, develop, and customize Infor LN M3 solutions, including enhancements, modifications, and integrations, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

  • Perform system configurations, data conversions, and system testing to ensure the successful deployment of Infor LN M3.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and minimize downtime.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize Infor LN M3 ERP functionalities.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Infor LN M3 technology, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor LN M3 ERP system.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or RPG for customizations and integrations.

  • Solid understanding of database management, SQL, and data migration concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

  • Fluency in English and German languages.
