We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant to join our team. Infor M3 Functional Consultant Responsibilities

1. System Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of the Infor M3 ERP system, including gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, configuring system modules, and ensuring successful deployment.

2. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend solutions leveraging the Infor M3 platform.

3. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Infor M3 modules to align with business requirements, including master data, workflows, user roles, reports, and interfaces.

4. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Infor M3 and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and stability of the Infor M3 system.

6. User Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the Infor M3 system and troubleshoot issues as needed.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and best practice guidelines.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new functionalities, and upgrades within the Infor M3 ecosystem, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to optimize system performance.

9. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, on-time milestones, and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Infor M3 or other ERP systems are highly desirable.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Infor M3 Functional Consultant, working on end-to-end implementations and providing ongoing support. Experience in multiple modules of Infor M3 is preferred.

3. Infor M3 Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with Infor M3 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, or other relevant functional areas.

4. Business Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry-specific business processes, best practices, and their implementation within the Infor M3 system.

5. Technical Skills: Proficient in system configuration, customization, and integration using Infor M3 tools and technologies. Familiarity with M3 Smart Office, StreamServe, and Infor ION is advantageous.

6. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions within the Infor M3 framework.

7. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.

8. Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.
