Position Summary: As an In-house Infor LN Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal stakeholders by leveraging your expertise in Infor LN. You will work closely with key departments to understand their operational challenges and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Infor LN In-House Functional Consultant Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including departments such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales, to understand their business processes and operational requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization using Infor LN.

  • Translate business requirements into system configuration, customization, and development activities.

  • Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor LN modules and functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

  • Perform system testing, including functional and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor LN, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Provide end-user training and support, ensuring effective utilization of Infor LN and maximizing user adoption.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements, releases, and features of Infor LN, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities within the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, including system configurations, business processes, user guides, and training materials.
