Infor LN In-House Functional Consultant Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including departments such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales, to understand their business processes and operational requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization using Infor LN.

• Translate business requirements into system configuration, customization, and development activities.

• Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor LN modules and functionalities, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

• Perform system testing, including functional and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor LN, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring effective utilization of Infor LN and maximizing user adoption.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements, releases, and features of Infor LN, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities within the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, and other consultants, to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge sharing.

• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, including system configurations, business processes, user guides, and training materials.
