As an Infor LN Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Infor LN Finance modules to meet our specific business requirements. Your expertise in finance and accounting, coupled with your technical proficiency in Infor LN, will enable the successful integration and alignment of financial operations with our overall business strategy. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective finance solutions.

Infor LN Finance Consultant Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders from the finance and accounting departments to understand business needs and requirements for the Infor LN Finance implementation.

2. Lead the design and configuration of Infor LN Finance modules, ensuring they align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

3. Provide subject matter expertise in finance and accounting processes to support the successful integration of Infor LN ERP system.

4. Customize and enhance the Infor LN Finance modules to meet specific business needs, and ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems.

5. Conduct thorough testing of the configured modules to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the system functions optimally.

6. Provide end-user training on Infor LN Finance modules to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

7. Work closely with IT teams and external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infor LN Finance modules.

8. Collaborate with the broader ERP implementation team to ensure seamless integration of Infor LN Finance with other modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing).

9. Advise on financial reporting and analytics capabilities within Infor LN, enabling data-driven decision-making.

10. Stay up-to-date with Infor LN updates, patches, and enhancements, and recommend improvements based on the latest functionalities.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an Infor LN Finance Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful ERP implementations.

2. In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

3. Strong technical skills in Infor LN Finance modules, with the ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot the system.

4. Experience in data migration from legacy systems to Infor LN Finance modules is preferred.

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Infor LN Finance certification is a plus but not mandatory.

8. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

9. Previous experience working on 12-month contracts or long-term projects is beneficial.
