We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infor LN Application Specialist. 

As an Infor LN Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customisation, maintenance, and support of our Infor LN ERP system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise business processes, enhance system functionality, and drive operational excellence.

The company is in Switzerland and offer 60/40 hybrid work. They are looking for a professional to speak both English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Customisation: Lead the implementation and customisation of Infor LN ERP system modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configure and modify system settings, workflows, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

• System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and upgrades. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• User Training and Support: Provide user training on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Address user inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely manner, offering comprehensive support to optimize system usage.

• Business Process Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Propose and implement system enhancements to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and align with industry standards.

• Data Management: Manage data integrity, accuracy, and security within the Infor LN ERP system. Develop and maintain data migration strategies, data validation procedures, and data cleanup initiatives.

• Integration and Collaboration: Integrate the Infor LN ERP system with other applications and platforms as required. Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless data flow and information sharing.
