We are currently looking to appoint a successful IFS Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a expert knowledge of the HR Module. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing product support and consultancy services on the implementation project.

You will also use your expertise in Human Resources to develop solutions to ensure the customers’ success.

The client is looking for an individual with strong functional knowledge who understands all aspects of the IFS HR Module and has prior implementation experience.

IFS Consultant (HR) Key Information

• German speaking position (Full proficiency or native)

• Contract/Freelance

• Initial 6 months

• 3 days per week

• Remote working

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Working as Consultant on an IFS HR module implementation project for a German customer.

• Implementation and optimization of business processes in the field of HR.

• Sub-project management for the introduction and upgrade of the HR solutions of IFS Cloud.

• Working closely with the project manager and other members of the functional team to conduct project efficiently.

• Supporting internal teams and training on IFS and HR functions.

About You

• At least 3 years IFS ERP experience.

• Expert knowledge on the HR module.

• Previous experience implementing and upgrading IFS systems is a must.

• Ability to identify system and process improvements. 

• IFS Cloud experience is desirable.
