I am currently working with a NetSuite partner who is looking for a Head of Practice to join their team. You will be in charge of managing a team of 50 consultants while helping to grow the German team/Entity.

As part of the role, you will report directly to the COO while a primary focus will be to continue the growth of the business. You will be hands-on with implementations for the first 6 months while growing into the Head of Practice roles.

The role will require occasional travel to Berlin and a good knowledge of German (C1 or higher). Ideally, you will have a very senior NetSuite background while also having prior experience with implementations.

The company will offer a very strong base salary while also offering bonuses through performance and sharepots.
