The Epicor Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical end user support for a customers ERP and deliver new functionality using Epicor development and customisation toolkits.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of key Epicor projects
• Assist in the co-ordination of Epicor system development and improvement projects
• Maintain and manage the Epicor system
• Respond to Epicor Service Requests and Incidents logged on the IT Helpdesk system
• Develop, maintain and support Business Activity Queries (BAQs) and Business Process Management (BPMs)
• Develop, maintain and support Dashboards and Reports using Crystal and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
