​The role of Manufacturing Engineer with responsibility for ERP is to identify, develop scope, specify, and implement operational and transactional performance improvement projects in order to improve customer service, reduce manufacturing costs and reduce lead times.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

• Management of ERP manufacturing master data, process and system maintenance

• Support and development of ERP enhancements and future role outs

• Realisation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies including robotics and automation

• Project leadership and management of business improvement projects and installations

• Time study and process improvements through standard work and maintenance of ERP system data to ensure planning and manufacturing accuracy and efficiency

• Act as the ERP Manufacturing Operations Subject Matter Expert

• Revising and updating the procedures and policies

• Support other business rollouts

· ERP system process owner for factory, modelling, set-up and routings

· Optimize ERP master data to accurately reflect manufacturing process

• Project Management, Gantt chart and Gateway review and relevant contractor management

• Capex preparation and submission and management

• Conceptualisation, development and installation of automation

• NPI Integration; systems and processes

• Technical support of project implementations

• Business improvement ideas generation

• Performing ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs and time management

• Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders

• Provide training and guidelines to new ERP users
