Job description

​As Director of Sales / VP Sales, you will set up an Austrian branch, acquire suitable business partners and gradually recruit a team of NetSuite consultants and developers. To begin with you will work very closely with management from Germany, but you will take on more and more responsibility in line with the increasing number of new customers and constant professional development.

Your Mission

  • Identify and approach potential new customers and persuade them to go with us and with NetSuite. There is a target of 5-10 license agreements and 10-15 new implementation projects per year

    Provide and oversee customer-oriented and professional support for our existing customers

  • Successful development of Austrian sales and a team of consultants and developers

  • Operate as a reliable partner for the managing directors in Germany

  • Take an active hand in building our company culture

Your Background

  • 2+ years experience in sales

    Expert knowledge in the field of SaaS sales models. Clear understanding of the requirements for cloud-based ERP systems

  • Leadership qualities including a willingness to take authority, assertiveness, and high standards of quality

  • The desire to build a team and the people skills to hold that team together

  • A strong hands-on approach will be needed, but you will also need to know when to delegate as the team grows. You should be excited to support your team as they develop

  • You like to aim high and have plans to build your business

  • Excellent knowledge of German and strong English skills

  • You’re comfortable working in flat hierarchies and you handling employee relations in a friendly and respectful manner is important to you
