My client did a business efficiency review and realised that their finance team was not using their ERP System at all. They were on a version of SAP and the Finance Department were still doing everything manually using their notebooks. The other departments were also not using the system efficiently. After investing in an SAP implementation this was not what the Management and Head of IT wanted to hear.

They called me straight away to say they needed an SAP expert to come in to train their end users and it would be beneficial if they had a finance understanding to help support the Finance Department. We discussed some candidates that I already had prepared that may have been interested and progressed to book in interviews.

After following my interview process, the company chose their favourite candidate, and they were immediately available. They started the following week and sat with the Finance Department. They have been in their position now for 6 months and the Finance Department is now fully using the ERP system which has doubled their efficiency.
