Case Studies

My client was a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner in Germany. I first met them before the Coronavirus pandemic and met them in Cologne at their offices. I met with the Managing Director and HR Manager to discuss how we work and how I can help them. 

They told me their growth plan for the next 5 years and explained what skills and experiences are interesting to them that I should keep them updated with. In this meeting, we agreed terms and conditions and I started resourcing for them once I arrived back in England. I was already in contact with the local Microsoft Dynamics 365 market, so I had to have catch up calls with these candidates and talk to them about the opportunity. 

We have been in regular contact since that meeting, and I have made several placements with them. They are on track for hitting their growth goals despite the Coronavirus pandemic and I am now working with them exclusively on positions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. We have scheduled a visit for later in the year.
