As they continue to expand and develop with their new ERP System, they are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Test Manager to join the team on a freelance basis.

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced NetSuite Test Manager to lead their testing efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of the NetSuite ERP system. As a NetSuite Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies pre and post implementation, managing a team of testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless NetSuite experience for my client.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and test plans for NetSuite system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
Test Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of test plans.
Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, identify defects, and work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated testing processes to increase efficiency and test coverage.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the overall quality of the NetSuite system, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall testing process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Test Manager or NetSuite Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP system functionality and configurations.
Experience with test management tools and test automation frameworks.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Relevant NetSuite Certification’s is a plus.
