Job Title: NetSuite Test Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in the implementation and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. In this critical role, you will oversee and execute end-to-end testing processes to ensure the system's functionality, reliability, and performance meet our organization's standards and requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage a team of test engineers, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for NetSuite ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support in executing testing activities effectively.
Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, to identify and report defects and ensure system reliability.
Automation: Implement and manage test automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to prioritize and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results, and generate test summary reports for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes and tools to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in NetSuite ERP testing and test management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing best practices.
NetSuite certification is a plus.
