Job Opportunity: NetSuite Specialist/Product Owner
Location: Germany (Fully remote)

Role Overview:
As the NetSuite Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business operations through the strategic utilization of the NetSuite platform. Your expertise in translating business needs into actionable technical requirements will be instrumental in driving the success of the business. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will ensure that our NetSuite implementations align with their strategic goals and enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements and optimizations.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and specifications.
  • Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed NetSuite features to ensure they meet requirements.
  • Continuously gather feedback to drive iterative improvements and refinements.
  • Assist in change management activities, including end user training and adoption strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to NetSuite and ERP systems.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Proficiency in English (C1) and German languages (B2).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Product Owner, NetSuite Super User or NetSuite Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, coupled with technical acumen.
  • Background in Finance, Logistics or Supply chain an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
