About Us:
My client is a dynamic and innovative company based in Germany. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Project Manager to join our team and lead the NetSuite implementation and optimisation project.

As a NetSuite Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customisation, and optimisation of NetSuite ERP.

Your primary duties will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
Leading project planning, scoping, timeline management, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Managing and mentoring a team of NetSuite implementation specialists, consultants, and developers.
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
Identifying potential risks, issues, and roadblocks, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing regular status reports for senior management.
Conducting post-implementation assessments to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
Staying up-to-date with NetSuite updates, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's NetSuite capabilities.

Qualifications:

High level of proficiency in both German and English languages, both written and spoken
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
Solid understanding of NetSuite, and their functionalities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.), is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
