Senior NetSuite Developer

The successful candidate will work within a development and support team to drive continual improvement in business operations by specifying, developing and testing key improvements to systems and processes.

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To action developments to agreed success criteria aligned with the business need
• To follow AGILE sprint methodology under the steering of the Business Systems Manager
• To represent Business Systems in project meetings and take on ownership of tasks
• to stay up to date with latest technology, techniques and methods
• conduct research from which you'll develop prototypes and proof of concepts
• look for opportunities to use business systems across other functions in the business
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about using algorithms to solve problems and enthuse others
• Act as a reporting analyst as and when required

• Experience of using NetSuite in a busy manufacturing or retail environment
• Intermediate knowledge of MS T-SQL
• Full understanding of the use of REST and SOAP APIs
• Able to manipulate data in Excel, using intermediate formulae skills
• Task orientated, able to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs
• Logically minded, likes to use data and evidence to support findings
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Strong service ethos
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure from time to time
