​This permanent position is a full-time hybrid role based in Ettlingen. With no-set days required for on-site work, you will have the option to work 2 days remotely.

Infor Systems Manager Responsibilities

• User support for problems that arise in the Infor LN System

• Key user warehouse management using Infor LN system

• Administration of access permissions (DEM/ActiveDirectory)

• ITIL knowledge is desirable

• System support of ERP and WMS

• Have an understanding of basic technical requirements

As an Infor LN Systems Manager, you will…

• Be professional German language proficient

• Be an Infor LN professional who is familiar with the ticketing support system

• Have knowledge of active directory and Service now (desirable but not a necessity)

• Be willing to commute

• Be a forward thinker who enjoys finding new ways to solve problems
