Infor LN Logistics Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor LN Logistics Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Infor LN Logistics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our logistics and supply chain management processes using the Infor LN ERP system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency, streamline operations, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of the Infor LN ERP system, with a focus on logistics and supply chain modules.

  2. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the Infor LN system aligns with organizational needs.

  3. Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure the Infor LN system to meet specific logistics and supply chain needs, including defining workflows, data structures, and reports.

  4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  5. Process Optimization: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement within logistics and supply chain operations and implement best practices using Infor LN.

  6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes for reference and compliance.

  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of system changes and enhancements to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Infor LN ERP system, specifically within logistics and supply chain modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
