We are looking for a skilled Infor LN Inhouse Consultant to join a team in North Rhine. You will be responsible for helping our customers to successfully implement this ERP solution. You will provide technical support and advice, assist with training and troubleshooting, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service.

Infor LN In-House Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Participating in customer meetings and workshops

• Assisting with the installation and configuration of Infor LN

• Advising customers on the best practices for using Infor LN

• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues with the software

• Developing and delivering training sessions

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Infor LN

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent German communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Be willing to work hybrid
