Job description
As an Infor LN Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Infor LN ERP system for our end user in Germany. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, understand their business requirements, and deliver effective solutions that optimize their operational processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of the Infor LN system within the organization.
Infor LN functional Consultant Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and define requirements for the Infor LN system.
System Configuration: Configure and customize the Infor LN ERP system to meet the organization's specific business needs, including modules such as finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
System Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This includes system setup, data migration, and integration with other applications.
User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions to end users, including business process training, system functionality, and best practices. Offer ongoing user support to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the Infor LN system.
System Enhancement and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the Infor LN system to improve operational efficiency, enhance system performance, and align with evolving business requirements.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve functional issues reported by end users, working closely with technical teams and Infor support if required.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, user guides, and system configuration documentation.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and updates related to Infor LN ERP, and share knowledge with team members and end users.
Qualifications
Strong experience (3+ years) working as an Infor LN Functional Consultant, implementing and supporting the Infor LN ERP system within an end-user environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Infor LN system, including various modules such as finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
Proficiency in system configuration and customization of Infor LN, including data migration and integration with other applications.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with technical teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in German and English is required.
