Job description

As an IFS Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full implementation from start to finish. You will work closely with clients to make sure projects are delivered on time. This role requires strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of IFS software, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all members of the team.

IFS Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of IFS projects.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

  • Provide regular project updates to clients.

  • Develop, monitor and manage project plans and progress.

  • Build and manage a high-performing project team.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify development needs.

  • Create, oversee and manage project budgets in accordance with company projections.

  • Optimize resource allocation with resource managers.

  • Define and enforce quality standards.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure everything matches the clients’ requirements.


  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading successful IFS implementations or related ERP projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of IFS software and its modules.

  • Strong project management skills, including project planning.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or IFS certifications are highly desirable.
