Job description

As an IFS HR Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing our HR modules within the IFS ERP system. Your expertise in HR processes, coupled with your technical proficiency in IFS, will contribute to the successful integration and alignment of HR operations with the overall business strategy. This role requires an individual who can work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver efficient HR solutions.

IFS HR Consultant Responsibilities

  1. Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through the effective use of IFS HR modules.

  2. Lead the design, configuration, and customization of IFS HR modules to meet specific business requirements.

  3. Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather and document functional specifications for system enhancements.

  4. Conduct system testing, identify issues, and propose resolutions to ensure a smooth deployment and minimize disruptions.

  5. Provide end-user training on IFS HR modules to enable proper utilization and optimize user experience.

  6. Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related IFS inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.

  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the IFS HR system, conducting regular audits and maintenance activities.

  8. Stay abreast of IFS updates and industry best practices, recommending system and process improvements accordingly.

  9. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve HR workflows, aligning them with IFS capabilities.

  10. Monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement and driving data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Systems Analyst with expertise in implementing and configuring IFS HR modules.

  2. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, performance management, and reporting.

  3. Strong technical skills in IFS HR modules, with the ability to design and implement customized solutions.

  4. Hands-on experience with IFS data structures, workflows, security, and reporting tools.

  5. Previous experience working on international projects or in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.

  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.

  8. Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is required.

  9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
