As an IFS ERP Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of the IFS ERP system within the finance domain. IFS Finance Consultant Responsibilities

1. IFS ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation projects of the IFS ERP system for clients' finance departments, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' finance processes, identify gaps, and define business requirements to design optimal IFS ERP solutions.

3. System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the IFS ERP system to meet clients' specific finance-related needs, including chart of accounts, financial reporting, taxation, cost allocation, budgeting, and other relevant modules.

4. Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the IFS ERP system with other applications, as well as plan and execute data migration activities.

5. User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and user support to finance teams on IFS ERP functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization of the system.

6. System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the IFS ERP system to improve finance processes, enhance system performance, and maximize the value delivered to clients.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, user guides, and project progress reports.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (2+ years) in implementing and supporting IFS ERP systems, specifically within the finance domain.

• In-depth knowledge of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

• Proficient in configuring and customizing the IFS ERP system, including data migration and integration with other applications.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

• Fluency in German and English is required.
