Sophie Bashall

​Sophie has been with us since the very start. Her role involves supporting the business in areas, including HR, finance and everything in between. Having previously worked in childcare and run her own nursery, Sophie has a very caring and personable character making her able to work with teams and individuals across the business, understanding the pressures they face and looking for ways to support them as they drive the business and their careers forward.
