Jake previously started his career at McDonald's, working there for 6 years he quickly developed a personable character/approach with his customers and was dedicated to progressing in his role. This resulted in a quick promotion in his first year of the role which then led to a new challenge in his career working at Enterprise as an Assistant Manager.
With his constant involvement in attending to his customers, Jake has developed great communication skills and always managed to build a strong rapport with his colleagues and customers.
Jake has a real passion for growth and development and can’t wait to build a network with IFS specialists, watching first-hand candidates succeed and grow in their new career paths.
In Jake's spare time, you can find Jake playing and watching football as well as socialising and planning activities with his friends.
