Emma Gradwell
Talent & Success Manager
Emma has an extensive background in recruitment. With over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, she has developed a great interest for building a greater network and engaging with others. In her previous recruitment roles, she specialised in supporting clients with finance requirements and was keen to get stuck in any other elements of assistance when needed.
Working closely with her previous colleague’s, candidates, and clients, Emma has developed a love for watching others grow into stronger individuals. She believes it is rewarding to see how much someone can achieve after starting a new challenge in their career.
Emma operates as our Talent and Success Manager here at IT Works. With several intakes per year she takes responsibility for identifying Talent and guiding candidates through our recruitment process, expanding our team of Expert Recruitment Consultants across all of our IT Works businesses; IT Works Recruitment, IT Works Health and IT Works Germany.
Emma is the voice of our internal hiring process and is the central point of contact for Trainees as they progress through the 13-week training program, co-ordinating training, coaching, and supporting them every step of the way.
The support doesn’t stop there, as our Talent and Success Manager she remains that point of contact for coaching throughout all levels of your career progression, helping you to reach goal after goal.
Living in a competitive environment, she enjoys participating in many different sporting activities with her family and during her spare time Emma she even helps coach her children’s netball club.
When she isn’t supporting her children at their sporting events you can find Emma traveling to amazing holiday destinations and getting the occasional pampering.
